Posters, Bookmarks and Worksheets to help embed the Power of Yet in your classroom.
Put simply, this has been the best way of helping children understand what a growth mindset is.
No jargon, no complicated diagrams, just Betty The Yeti!
The 2 posters (each one is available in colour and B/W) will help you as a teacher refer to the Power of Yet in class.
The 3 bookmarks will act as a reminder to the children , that they are on a journey and just don’t understand something YET.
The 2 worksheets can be used in your PSHE sessions to help the children to plan their stepping stones towards their goal.

Think Talk Tell - PSHE / Philosophy questions for Children : Pack 2
10 interactive whiteboard slides that you can use over a two week period with your class.
Think, Talk, Tell is away to get the children to express their opinion, listen to others and respond in a written format in a short amount of time; 5 minutes for each section.
Think: I like to display the question or statement and then allow the children to think for a minute. Then I lead a brief discussion.
I have included some notes on each slide for the teacher to help spark the debate.
Talk : I then allow the children to talk to each other for 5 minutes to share and listen to other people’s opinions.
Tell : I then allow 5 minutes for them to write their response. This could be done in their PSHE books or you may have a small separate book for the children to keep throughout the year, for them to refer back to and for you to share with parents, the Head, inspectors.
I will be releasing new packs of 10 throughout the summer and next term, so do keep an eye out for those.
